Frank's Story

Frank Mike Breyer, II, was born in Akron, Ohio on March 31, 1924. He passed away peacefully at his residence November 18, 2016 in Huntsville.
Frank proudly served in the US Army during WWII, from March of 1943 till Dec. of 45. He served in the China Burma India Theater of operations. He was with the famous "Merrill's
Marauders in the jungles of Burma. Frank worked for Goodyear Tire of Akron, Ohio, he was in the Loan Business for some years and he retired from Walgreens after many years of service as an air condition/refrigeration service man. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Eugenia Breyer and one sister. Frank is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 37 years, Carolyn Breyer, five children, four step-children, ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren four great-great-grandchildren, twelve step-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church-building fund, 111 Sumac Road, Huntsville, TX 77340.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church with Pastor James Jennings officiating.
Inurnment will be conducted at 2:15 at the Houston National Cemetery of Houston with Military Honors presented.
