Judy obtained her cosmetology license at the young age of 16 and enjoyed serving others. She spent many days helping her parents as she worked at Harper's Washateria. Her enjoyment in life came from vacationing with her family and spending time with her grandkids. Judy was a loving mother that taught her children to work hard, enjoy what they have in life, love your family, and that God comes first in all you do.
