Ola Mae Winfrey-Crooks, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt; died suddenly on August 29, 2017, in Walker County. Ola Mae, 82, was born on December 26, 1935, to Herbert, Sr. and Irene Winfrey, in Huntsville. She is survived by her devoted family that includes her daughters: Cynthia Oliphant and Myra Crooks; grandchildren: Colby Oliphant and Latifa Eaglin; sisters: Mary Hall, Gladys Oliphant, and Lou Ella Willis (Charles); brothers: Charles Winfrey and Fredrick Winfrey; sister-in-law: Nettie Crooks; her Galilee C.O.G.I.C. family, and a host of nieces, nephews, additional relatives, and friends. Viewing will be Friday, September 1, 2017, 12:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will gather to remember Ola Mae life, Saturday, September 2, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Galilee Church of God in Christ. Burial will immediately follow in the Galilee Cemetery, in Huntsville, Texas.
