Huntsville, TX - Cara Renee Weber, born on August 7, 1996, passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 28 in Houston, TX. She was a beacon of love and kindness, reflecting God's love through her actions and spirit.

Cara grew up attending Scott Johnson Elementary and graduated from Premier High School. She furthered her education at Texas A&M Paths Program before entering the work force as a paraprofessional in College Station elementary schools. Cara was passionate about supporting her students with disabilities. She also served as a counselor with Strategic Planning PPD where she helped adults, like herself, find meaningful careers.

Her personal life was filled with activities that reflected her love for life and her faith. Cara was an active member of the Texas A&M Church of Christ. Her hobbies included reading, with the Bible being her favorite book, celebrating birthdays, playing with her niece and nephews, and canoeing on the San Marcos River. Cara's love for Christian and country music, hosting events, and her fondness for the "Friends" TV show were well known among her family and friends.

She is survived by her parents, Jim and Myla Weber; sister Courtney Shaver and husband Noel, children Henry, Madilynn, and Cooper; sister Cayla Perez and husband Elliott. Cara was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mial & Mildred Hillhouse and Harry & Kathryn Weber.

Services will be held June 28, 2025 at the A&M Church of Christ in College Station, with visitation from 1:00 - 2:00 PM followed by a service from 2:00 - 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Cara's memory to katescause.org, a charity close to her heart. The idea that Cara's legacy will help someone else become an aunt like her couldn't be more perfect.
