Ashdown, AR - Cody Kroll, 40, of Huntsville, TX, died January 11, 2026, in Ashdown, AR.

He was born on September 24, 1985, to John Kroll and Karen McKnight in Huntsville, TX.

Cody is survived by mother, Karen McKnight, father and step mother, John and Carrie Kroll, sister and brother in law, Kristi and Perry Janousek, step brother, Chris Harrison, step sister, Amanda Mudge, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his granny and pawpaw, Joann and Gary Whitfield, grandfather, Harold Kroll Sr, and grandparents, Gene and June McKnight.

A memorial service will take place on January 24, 2026 at 1 pm, at Burning Hope Baptist Church in Trinity, TX, with Brother Jim Parrish officiating.

Cody leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Cody was truly one of a kind—someone whose presence filled a room and whose spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

From a young age, Cody showed a natural talent for sports, excelling as a child with determination and skill. As he grew older, he embraced life fully, always ready to laugh, make memories, and enjoy the moment. Cody loved riding his motorcycle and found peace and freedom on the open road.

He also had a passion for music and could often be found playing his guitar, sharing his love of music with those around him. Some of his most cherished moments were spent hunting with his dad, creating memories rooted in tradition, time together, and the outdoors.

Above all else, Cody loved his family deeply and valued the bonds he shared with them. Most importantly, Cody accepted our Lord and Savior into his heart and was baptized, boldly declaring his faith. His faith brings comfort in knowing he is now in Heaven.

Cody is reunited in Heaven with his beloved Granny, where we trust they are together again, surrounded by eternal peace and joy.

He will be remembered for his big heart, his love for life, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him. Cody's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
