Joe V. Randall was born July 2, 1949 in Huntsville. He passed away October 7, 2018 in Montgomery County at the age of 69. Joe leaves to cherish precious memories his wife, Carmen Randall; children: Victoria, Jeremy, Jacoby, LaTarsha, Joe, Jr. and Terrence; sister, Minnie Johnson; aunt, Joyce Faye McGowen; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. services celebrating Joe's life will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2pm at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Max Toliver, Jr, pastor. Elder Timothy O'Bryant, eulogist. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
