John T. Rolling was born on March 19, 1941 to Obie Sr. and Azzie Lee Rolling in Huntsville, Texas. He passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020.
John, a native of Huntsville, was known affectionately to many family and friends by the nickname "Rabbit".
John leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 60 years: Helen Rolling; children: Felicia Moffett (Johnny), Sophia Davis (Reginald) and John D. Rolling (Lisa); sisters: Laura Grant, Johnnie Mae Simmons, Maggie Wanza (John) and Jewel Rolling; brothers: Sanford McGowan (Hattie) and Nelson Johnson Sr., six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
Viewing will be Wednesday, May 6, 2020, 12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held, Thursday, May 7, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at Northside Cemetery, in Huntsville.
