Huntsville, Texas - Lester Earl Walker Jr., age 60, passed away on the morning of February 5, 2022 in Walker County. Lester was born on August 10, 1961 to Lester, Sr. and Inez Spencer Walker, in Houston, Texas. His passing has left a void in the hearts of many, including his wife: Martha Walker; son: Lester D. Burnette; daughter: Brianna Walker; sister: Doris Archie; step-sons: Anerae Tubbs and James Tubbs (Twanda); brothers-in-law: Jim Houston and Henry Tubbs; sister-in-law: Vera Miller; aunt: Pauline Walker; seven grandchildren, one step-grandchild, special nieces: Tameka Bell (Terrence) and Kadetra Richardson; special friend: Mack Davidson; a host of nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.

Lester's celebration service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, 12:00 p.m. at United Cathedral Praise Church. His final resting place will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, in Huntsville.

The family has requested that all who will be in attendance for the services to please wear a face mask or some form of face covering.
