Paula Rena Carter peacefully passed away on December 1, 2019 at her Huntsville residence. Paula was born on September 5, 1961 to Steve Collins Sr. and Wilma Carter, in Huntsville, Texas. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 7, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow in Harper Cemetery, in Huntsville.
