Richard Earl Lindeman went home to his heavenly father February 28, 2022. Richard was born October 8, 1937, in Illinois to Leon and Rachel Lindeman. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Vickie Lindeman, sister Debra Murphy and husband Daniel, Lois Ann Jackson and husband Ronald, sister-in-law Sherry Johnson and husband Barry, Melinda Perzan husband Rick, Rebecca Andoe husband Kevin.
Richard retired from NASA with 30 years' service. He worked on the Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, and the Shuttle. He knew and watched what was going on in our country. He taught his nieces and nephews about astronomy and how to play the piano.
Richard served our country in the U.S. Army. 3 1/2 years
