Todd D. Terrell born November 17, 1971, in Wharton, Texas living in Eagle Lake, Texas to Jon and Judy Terrell.

The family moved to Bellaire, Texas in the winter of 1972 where he attended Cunningham Elementary School and Jane Long Middle School. Todd moved with his dad in early 1980's to Kingsland, Texas. He then moved back to Bellaire in the mid 1980's. He received his GED and then attended and graduated from Gary Job Corps in San Marcos, Texas where he also attended Southwest Texas University in 1990. Early 2000 he moved to Huntsville, Texas where his mom and Stepdad had relocated.

Todd had one daughter, Emily Taylor of New Braunfels, Texas. After moving to Huntsville, he married Lacy Smith and had one son, Theodore Terrell. Lacey and Theodore later moved to Cresson, Texas.

Todd is proceeded in death by his father Jon Terrell. He is survived by his mother Judy Foster and stepfather Jim Foster: two children daughter Emily Taylor of New Braunfels and son Teddy Terrell of Dallas. Brother Kelly and family of Woodbridge, N.J., Stepsister Sherry Wright and husband Wade of Cypress, Texas. He also leaves grandchildren and a large extended family and friends.

Todd had a difficult life and managed to look with hope to the future. Todd seemed to know he didn't have long with his health issues. It is reassuring to know he is with our Lord. Rest in Peace Todd.
